Evidence that holds up in a dispute

A screenshot proves nothing. GeoCliks photos carry a verification chain from the moment the shutter fires.

  • Network-verified time

GeoCliks stamps the time from the network, not the handset. Change the device clock and the app flags the skew instead of trusting it — the photo is marked unverified, and everyone can see it.

  • GPS + street address

Every capture carries coordinates, accuracy radius and the reverse-geocoded address burned into the image and stored as metadata. Proof of arrival, proof of work, proof of departure.

  • Unique photo code

Each photo gets a code linked to its original metadata plus a SHA-256 hash of the image bytes and an HMAC signature. Re-check any photo at any time — one altered pixel breaks the seal.

The whole crew's photos, in one place, instantly

Every photo a technician takes syncs to a shared workspace organized by project, client and location. Send a live share link and the customer sees the work as it happens — no app, no login.

  • Role-based permissions: owner, admin, manager, field
  • Group by project, client, site or job code
  • Live share links viewable in any browser
  • Photos appear seconds after capture

Same-day closeout the office can send.

Pick a project, pick a format. GeoCliks assembles the as-built record — every photo with its stamp, code and location — and hands you a file the client can accept.

Run delivery routes with proof at every door.

GeoCliks turns a list of addresses into an optimized driving route, then locks every drop-off to a verified photo. The driver always knows the next stop, the recipient gets a private tracking link and a delivered email with the photo, and you keep a hash-sealed record of who delivered what, where and when.

  • Build a route in minutes

Type addresses, paste a whole list, or upload a CSV. Every stop is geocoded and ordered for the shortest drive, with no per-stop fees.

  • Dispatch while the van is moving

Drop new orders into a route that is already running and re-optimize the stops that are left. Available on Delivery Pro and above.

  • No photo, no closed stop

Completing a stop requires a real photo, carrying verified time, GPS and street address. Signature capture is optional, and a failed attempt has to record a reason.

  • The recipient is kept in the loop

Each recipient gets a private tracking link plus on-the-way and delivered emails with the photo attached. Any stop can be checked later from its photo code.
