Download GeoCliks — GPS Timestamp Camera App
Time, GPS, and street address stamped on the photo — then locked with a unique code nobody can edit. Works with no signal.
Four steps
- Open GeoCliks on the job
Scan the crew QR or tap the app. No project paperwork before the shutter.
- Shoot the work
One tap. Use the job camera — not the phone gallery.
- The photo locks
Network-verified time, GPS, street address, and a unique photo code are stamped. SHA-256 lock. Nobody edits it after.
- Office gets the closeout
Same day when you have signal. Client can scan the code and see the locked file.
Why not the regular camera
- Camera roll
Date and location can be stripped or changed. Photos get cropped, forwarded, or swapped. No public way for a client to verify the original
- GeoCliks lock
Network-verified timestamp, not just the phone clock. GPS and street address burned in and stored. Unique photo code — scan it, see the locked original
Crew and office
- Crew
Capture in basements, rural jobs, and dead zones. Offline first. Uploads when signal returns. No forms between you and the shutter
- Office
Same-day closeout package. PDF, Excel, ZIP, KMZ when you upgrade. Share a link the client can't argue with
Get it on the truck
Free plan stamps verified time, GPS, address, and a unique code. $7/month when you need unlimited exports and before/after layouts.
Store listings coming soon — use the browser camera meanwhile
Web camera capture is for signed-in crews. Use the app when you need offline lock.
Before your first job photo
Start with the browser option while the App Store and Google Play listings are coming soon. Tap Open camera in browser and sign in to reach your workspace. If a crew invitation was sent to you, accept it with the account you intend to use for work so your photos stay with the right team.
Before relying on GeoCliks for a job, make a test capture and check that it appears in the workspace. Review the recorded location, timestamp and verification status rather than assuming every photo has the same evidence quality. Give your office enough context to identify the site and the work shown.
Offline capture is not the same as a saved server copy
The mobile app is designed to queue captures when there is no signal and upload them when a connection returns. The browser option is not a substitute for the app's offline workflow. Plan for connectivity if you are using the website, and check the download status here before depending on a store installation.
A photo waiting on a device is not yet available to the office or a client through the server. After working offline, reconnect and confirm that the captures have synced before sending a report or share link. Keep the original captures until you have checked the saved records.
Check the evidence before sharing it
A visible date stamp alone does not establish that a photo is verified. Check the capture's verification status and photo code, then use the photo-code verification page to inspect the available record. Location accuracy and network availability can affect what was recorded; describe missing or unverified information honestly.
For a closeout, choose a PDF report when the recipient needs a fixed package, or a shared link when they need to inspect the available photos in a browser. Export formats and allowances depend on the plan. Review Pricing for current limits, or use the Help Center if you need assistance joining a team or finding a capture.
